New Books

This is some of the new books that I've brought most recently (click image, review larger). I've only read books by Lora Leigh (hot hot hot read!), Cindy Gerard (GREAT read!) and Alison Kent. Three are my auto buy authors. And I've only heard but never read of Cherry Adair (well...I did read one of her series) and Jessica Inclan.....yet *grin*.

I know many readers enjoyed Adair's Edge series --- which I believe is an an paranormal T-FLAC anti- counter terrorism operative in T-FLAC unit. I want to try the first book but unfortunately my local Barnes and Noble didn't had a copy on shelf at the moment. It in reorder. So I decided to get copy of "Rescue Me", an anthology book (see above picture). Figure I test the water with reading Cherry's story in this one. I notice there too many T-Flac stories from each different trilogy. If I discover these T-Flac books, I be confuse which books go with which. Lucky Cherry Adair's website is an awesome site. I love to play around her website..very cool stuff! If you interested, take a look at Cherry Adair's website (<~~ click here). I did read the first two books from her first series, I believe was "Hide and Seek", "Hot Ice" and "Into Deep" and enjoy them. I just need to go back and read the last few books.

Alison Kent write a series books about SG-5 which mean it is an Smithson Group's operative elite force. There are 9 books in the series so far (two more are coming). The first 5 books are being reissues into mass market paperback. (see above) the first story -- which was original titles "The Bane Affair" -- is now title as At Risk of reissues book (same story but different titles). The second story -- original title "The Shaughnessey Accord" -- is now title In Danger and the third original title "The Samms Agenda" is also in the reissue title In Danger (two stories in one book). The fourth and the fifth original titles "The Beach Alibi" and "The McKenzie Artifact" are reissue into title Deep Trouble (two stories in one book). Looking through each 3 books: At Risk, In Danger and Deep Trouble , the pages are actually not long. It short. So it doesn't take you long to read them. I'm not sure about the last 4 books. Hopefully they're reissues too. I only read Alison's Blaze books and they are awesome! Here is Alison Kent's website

And lastly, I have read reviews on Jessica Barksdale Inclan's The Believe Trilogy. Not sure what this about, but I do know that it's a fantasy romance, bewitching, Magical, with sexy men in them. And the slogan is "When You Believe, Everything Is Possible. Okay, so I took the quote directly from Jessica's website (<~~ click here) *grin*. I believe that all three books was original in trade paperback (if am wrong, correct me please!) but is now available in mass market paperback. This good for me, more room in my bookshelves. I only picked up the 2nd book of the trilogy. As soon as I get the 1st and third books then I can start reading the trilogy.

I'm looking forward to reading Rescue Me , a romantic suspense adventure, because Lora Leigh and Cindy Gerard ( I highly recommend these two authors!) are part of this anthology book with Cherry Adair. If you not familiar, Lora Leigh story is part of the Tempting SEALs series. One of my reason I brought the book. And I'm not sure if Cindy Gerard story are part of any on going series or it stand alone. Or perhap a beginning story of a brand new upcoming series. Either way, I will read Cindy's books. I enjoyed her previous series and knew I be reading more of her books.

I love reading series book, and are always looking for new series to read. I love it when it story of a group of strong (or torture) dark, bad boy, men who are operative, military..etc. I love their interaction with just not with each others but other characters as well (heroine, families..etc). I hate to say goodbye to the couples who have their HEA, but always love it when they make a reappearance in new books ( or in a later books) because it always nice to see what the couples have been doing and catch up on some updated news on them. I never want to say goodbye to my favorite couples...ever *grin*. I have too many favorite series books, but in the past -- I have posted some series recommend here at my blog...guess this mean I better get back to it *grin*.

Anyone read these books by this authors? How did you like them? I hope everyone have a good day! :)
