This event repeats every week until Thursday April 30, 2009
read a book by an author you've never read before. (If you don't have any new-to-you authors in your TBR pile, select one you've read only once before.)
Examples from my TBR pile:
Since You're Leaving Anyway, Take Out the Trash by Dixie Cash
The Stolen by Jason Pinter
The Hunted by Rachel Lee
Let us know what you read, how it fits the challenge (if you had to get creative), how you liked it, and how long it's been in your TBR pile.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It been almost a long times, since I didn't post my TBR Challenge for the last two months: February and March. I didn't do it because I was so busy trying to get more reading done to add to my track record of books I have read for March. Sadly, that didn't help because I end up just reading only 3 books!
I have lot of books that is new to me authors, those whose I NEVER read before. Some were recent brought and add to my TBR pile, while other were in my TBR pile for almost over 3 years ago. So I took all the books whose authors I never read before and stacked them up into it own pile. Trying to chose which books to read for the April Challenge. Here are examples of books I have never read before:
1. J. Carson Black
2. Alexis Morgan
3. Rita Herron
4. Laura Griffin
5. Lisa Scotline
6. Julia Harper
7. Judith James
8. Jill Sorenson
9. Mary Margret Daughtridge
10. Julie James
11. Claire Cross
12. Julie Leto
And to names a few....if you have read these authors before let me know about it :)
I will check back with you in few weeks, and let you know which book I chose for the April challenge once I've finish reading the book and review it here :) In the mean time, I'm posting this on my sidebar.
