*Notice - To see the picture clearly, you can click on each picture to enlarge it*

These are all the bookmarks that was either hand-made or store brought from my friends and authors. I appreciate and love them all. I've been collecting them over the years, and hope to get more. There is a story behind some of these boomarks, and I'm going to tell you.....just scroll down to see the pictures AND the stories underneath it. Happy Thursday Thirteen everyone!

1. A movies film - This was sent to me by my dear friend Annie. She work in movie theatre and get these movies film for free. The manager didn't know what to do with them and gave it to Annie to pass to people who want it

2. A swirl cherry clip - This was sent to me from a friend for the "Fall Book Exchange Bookmarks" that one of my email yahoo group.

3. "McNab" bookmark - This was made by my friend Jill, who is member of the "McNab" of the JDRobb yahoo group list email we both are in. Confusing? *grin*. On the other side of this bookmark is the biblical of the word "McNab" : Many Crazy Noraholics And Biblimaniacs

4. "Julia" boomark - This was made by another friend Wendy. When I first went to TTP (Turn the Page) 4 years ago, Wendy made this to welcome me to the "McNab" group. I was newbie and virgin there...hehehe.

5. "I Came For the Book, I Stay For the People" - This is our group motto. And it is true what it exactly said. My friend Jill made this one, after a dear friend, Sara who was a member of the "McNab", passed away recently. If you notice the second pictures in the middle, you will see the picture of my friend Sara. The bookmark was to honor her.

6. "Blue thong" - was a prize sent to me by an author.

7. Swirl bookmark - made by a friend

8. "Purple thong" - was another prize sent to me by another author

9. "Small Purple thong" - was another prize sent to me by another author

10. "Red Bead with Red Ribbon" - sent to me by a friend for the Secret Santa Exchange that Sandy Blair group was participating in

11. "Small Red & Gold Chinese bead" - The same friend who did book thong # 10 also made this one

12. "Dream, Believe, Achieve" - This is a thin silver metal bookmark that was given by my friend Julie, who is also a member of the "McNab" JDRobb yahoo group. She is working for Mary Kay line and sent me this for the Fall Exchange bookmarks. I love this things!

13. Authors "postcard" and "bookcover art card" - These cards was given to me from many authors and friends. It is a promo cards and I thought some of the cards are really beautiful made. Some are even fun and cool. I use them for my bookmarks. The three bookmark I show here is "Jane Millionaire" by Janice Lynn, "Tall, Dark & Dangerous" (Team 10- Navy SEALs) by Suzanne Brockmann and "Midnight Bayou" by Nora Roberts. I did get another promo card of an very sexy picture of a man that my dear friend Darla sent me. I can't remember from which author thought. But I got bunches of promo cards from authors and I kept them in box.

What about you? Got any unusual bookmarks you like to share?
