Avy Hunt, was an art recovery agent who now work for ARTemis Inc to recovers stolen art for their clients. Her mission was to locate the mulitmillon-dollar Sword of ALexander. It was believe that the stolen sword is in the possession of Sir Liam James, who is the master of thief. While searching for the sword, she went across to Atlantic to under surveillance on Liam only to find that he has been tailing her instead.

It got harder for her to focus and grab the sword, when they both were overwhelmed by sexual tension. And Liam kept distracting her with his charming, outwitted trick, which made her grew mad. But then someone want to prevent them from uncovering the truth, they team up together to find the sword together that was taken away from them. And Avy start to wonder if maybe she is fallen in love with Liam, even after she repeatedly tell him there won't be any relationship between them.

Take Me If You Can was a fun romantic suspense fill with flirty, witty and sexy romp book. Fast pace reading and a good balance of action.

I do enjoy many of Avy and Liam's snarky interactions and sexy bedroom scenes, but sometime you start to wonder where all this heading to. I laugh couple of times and thought it was entertaining book. I thought that Liam was okay guy. Not the "wow" that I normally go for in heroes, although he is charming funny. There is secondary character, who is Avy's friend and co-worker, Gwen. Her story will be told in the 2nd book Take Me Two Times.

Although I did enjoy reading Take Me If You Can , I'm not sure how I feel about this series book yet, but maybe after reading Gwen's book -- only then will I know if the series is worth reading. And since this is the very first time I read Karen Kendell's book, I want to give her another try :) But do read this book for the enjoyment and entertaining!

Hmmm. I read a book a while ago about an art recovery agent, but at the moment I can't remember the title.

I did like a previous book I read by Karen Kendall, though, so I'll be keeping an eye on what you think of these to help me decide whether to look for more of her books.

BTW, Tag! you're it! (don't worry--it's a quick one!)
